Our movement began with a simple act of focus. As a third grader, Shannon Kapp gave his only pair of shoes to a classmate in need, walking home in freezing wet socks. That moment sparked a lifelong conviction: Find the most hurting and vulnerable and respond in the most immediate, practical way possible. What started as a domestic school mental health initiative has evolved into a swift, tactical global crisis response team. Today, we don't just teach leadership; we deploy real-world relief where the world is hurting most.

When I met Shannon Kapp in Spring of 2003, I was a passionate individual but lost in myself and with little direction. I was quickly drawn to Shannon and his passion, the purpose he had and the values in which navigated his life. For the next 15+ years Shannon became my mentor, life coach and friend. He helped me find a purpose and coupled that with key core values. Shannon coached me in how to set tangible goals and implement strategic strategies to accomplish those goals. In addition to that, he instilled in me the importance of accountability and how to quantify my progress. These values and life lessons motivated me to pursue a purpose and my most successful life. Today I am a Director of Operations for a 10-million-dollar Company and leading 40+ employees; a husband and father of 2 boys.
